Friends, for the last 8 days I've been out of the loop. I didn't really want to, but I had to be sick and reboot 🤕 especially since it's a trend, everyone is coughing and wearing masks now... 😬

And while I was lying down and waiting for my own immune system to defeat the illness, I decided that my Club project needs investments ☝️❗️

You can do without them, but I don't want to do double work on automation and build the project from crap and sticks. Especially since a temporary solution will only be 40% cheaper than a permanent and competent one.

Decided. For a faster start, the Club needs:
✅ CRM system (?)
✅ Apple Wallet business account ($200)
✅ Electronic club card issuance system ($800)
✅ Branded merchandise ($300)
✅ Legal services ($150)
✅ Designer services ($100)
✅ Organizational expenses for official opening and advertising ($350)
✅ Other ($200)

Total amount $2100. Modest even by startup standards... 😏

We'll look among acquaintances, either all at once or in parts.
For the entire amount at once, the investor will receive either 10% stake in the project or 65% per annum after 12 months.

Currently clarifying the financial model forecast and unit economics.
