You probably know about the "Leaders of Russia" competition — where managers compete for the title of the best. Winners get honor, a grant for education, and a serious social elevator.

But before the competition itself, there is a rigorous selection through tests. I'll tell you, it's like a second Unified State Exam! There was even a dictation.

And while I was solving these tests, I couldn't help but think that even at 26, you have to prove to someone that you are still capable of simple intellectual work.
