⚡️ Claude now writes 90% of the company's code

Anthropic's CFO Krishna Rao revealed this week that the company's own AI model, Claude, now generates more than 90% of Anthropic's code.

"A significant part of Claude Code itself is written by Claude Code. Models help create the next generation of models. Each generation of models gives you the ability to do more, do it better, and do it more efficiently," he said. "And clients see that."
The company entered 2026 with an annual revenue of about $9 billion, and by the end of the first quarter, that figure exceeded $30 billion.
