The streaming service continues to cast its new untitled comedy (previously in development as We're All Gonna Die) — and Rob Delaney is joining Elizabeth Banks.

What is the series about?

Banks' character Heidi has just gone through a divorce. She tries to build a new life for herself and her children, but suddenly finds herself drawn into organizing… her father's dates at a nursing home. At the center of the plot is her forced alliance with an eternal bachelor, the son of her dad's friend.

Rob Delaney is no stranger to the Apple ecosystem: he previously appeared in the crime comedy "Bad Monkey" alongside Vince Vaughn.

The series will be helmed by showrunners Liz Heldens ("Will Trent") and Matt Ward ("The Best Medicine"), with Jonathan Krisel ("Rooster") directing the pilot. Banks also serves as executive producer. Filming starts in Los Angeles this year.
