The series takes place in a fictional small town in England. For filming this town, a real location was chosen - the town of Bacup in Lancashire, England. Many scenes were also filmed in the suburbs of Manchester, as well as in the city itself, for example, the pub where the main characters constantly gather.

The scene where the gang gathers at their table in the corner of the bar, where they solve their issues and plan new "jobs." Also, this is the bar that Erin buys from the head of the gangster group and tries to develop in partnership with Tommo.

In Reality

The scene was filmed at the pub "The Star and Garter," which is located not far from the center of Manchester. The establishment is open and anyone can visit it, though it is worth noting that in the series it looks much nicer, apparently there was serious preparation for filming.

Boat Trip on a Yacht

In the Show

The scene where part of the group plans to set the yacht out to sea. Vinnie plans a leisurely trip with his son, but each member of the group has their own, highly illegal plans for this trip, which jeopardize the peaceful outing. The guys start to fear the police and hide the fact that there are a large amount of drugs and a corpse on the yacht.

In Reality

The scene was filmed The film crew worked at sea near the town of Llandudno, there is a fairly large marina for yachts there, so the scene of the yacht's departure was filmed there, and the sea scenes were filmed a little way off the coast so that it was not visible.

Vinnie's House

In the Show

The scene where Vinnie sits by the fire at his home alone, as well as scenes inside the trailer when he lies at home in depression and the whole gang comes to cheer him up a bit and drag him out of voluntary confinement.

In Reality

The scene was filmed in a forest in Bolton; in previous episodes, Vinnie's hut was located there. But in the third season, Vinnie's unusual residence moves to a new location in the forest at Arley Hall in Cheshire, England. The reason for this is simple: although the first location, according to Joseph Gilgun, was ideal, it was quite far from the main filming location, so they provided an explanation in the plot for moving the house and did it.
