The film tells the story of ten-year-old Vladislav, who is passionate about neural networks. His mother goes on a business trip to Moscow and is forced to leave her son with his grandfather, with whom she hasn't spoken for a long time due to old disagreements. Vladik is against the trip because he dreams of participating in an IT competition, but his grandfather refuses to take him to the city. The boy tries to outsmart his grandfather, but soon realizes that he is not so simple. The film was shot in the village of Zabrodie in the Minsk region, where a residential house, a barn, and a workshop were built for the film. During the filming process, the house was partially damaged by a fire caused by the grandson's pranks, but help arrived in time.

Such a natural environment gives Zabrodie a special charm, allowing for the filming of both historical films and modern comedies with a focus on village life.
