The scene was filmed at Silver Dollar Room - a live music venue that opened on the ground floor of the Waverley Hotel in 1959. In 2018, the lounge and hotel were demolished to make way for new development, but the distinctive facade and interior mural were preserved due to their historical significance and will be reinstalled in the new establishment.
