The scene was filmed at YVR, founded in 1931, is Vancouver's main airport and the second busiest airport in Canada. Built on the land of the Musqueam people, the airport replaced a small grass airstrip in nearby Minoru Park and expanded to fill most of Sea Island, on which it is located.
