The regular season runs from April to September, with an additional few weeks in late October for "Fright Nights." The scene was filmed at The Chan Centre is a magnificent concert venue located on the campus of the University of British Columbia. The main concert hall, Chan Shun Concert Hall, features a distinctive floating canopy and beautiful teak wood walls. The smaller Telus Studio Theatre has three-tiered seating that can be reconfigured into various layouts. The building also houses a small cinema, the Royal Bank Cinema, a beautiful soaring foyer, and various versatile backstage spaces.
