The film "Spring Breakers" was filmed in Tampa, USA.
Filming Locations:
Diner
In the Movie

Scene where Brit, Candy, and Cotty drive up to a diner. They put on masks, grab a gun and a sledgehammer. Two of the girls enter the restaurant and start threatening the patrons, while the third waits in the car. The girls smash plates, run out of the diner, get into the car, and speed away from the crime scene.
In Reality

The scene was filmed at the B & M Country Cooking diner in Florida. For this scene, the film crew needed an unremarkable diner, which turned out to be the eatery in St. Petersburg on Haines Road North. This cafe is no longer in operation.
Dormitory
In the Movie

Scene where Brit, Candy, and Cotty return to the dorm after a night party. They wake Faith and drag her out of bed. The four girls have a wild time in the dorm hallway. They dance, crawl on the floor, and sing songs.
In Reality

The scene was filmed at the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota. The 24-hectare residential campus provided the film crew with excellent locations for shooting dormitory scenes. They were able to capture the quiet, secluded spots needed to convey the film's atmosphere.
Parking Lot Near the Diner
In the Movie

Scene where the girls have fun in the parking lot next to the diner, drinking alcohol, dancing, and singing a Britney Spears song. Brit and Candy reenact the robbery for Faith. They parody themselves: repeating the phrases they used during the crime.
In Reality

The scene was filmed near the Twistee Treat ice cream shop on St. Pete Beach in Florida. The heroines dance in the parking lot of an unremarkable cafe, just like in the robbery scene. Only the distinctive ice cream cone-shaped building gives away their true location.
