Scene where Chuck Lee, a CIA agent, and James Bond walk along the pier discussing Zorin's plan to seize the oil pumping station.

In Reality

The scene was filmed at a fishing pier located on Jefferson Street, between Hyde Street Pier and Pier 39. It was chosen because it offers a typical view of San Francisco. On one side rises Alcatraz Island, and on the other side is the bay. The scene also featured shots of seafood restaurants on the waterfront, souvenir shops, and street performers.
