The scene was filmed at A Gothic Revival mansion built in 1914 for Sir Henry Mill Pellatt for a tidy sum of $3.5 million. After several owners, in 1933 the mansion became city property and was soon leased to the Kiwanis Club for 74 years. Currently, the mansion is open for tours.
