The scene was filmed at Built in 1936 for inventor Robert Jackson, this isolated estate in the Rouge Valley is now owned and maintained by the nearby Toronto Zoo and used for events and filming.

The scene was filmed at The 51-story skyscraper is the first building in a new three-tower office complex, completed in 2009. Originally planned to be developed in the 1990s, the project stalled during the economic downturn and was eventually halted in 1993, with only the underground parking and a six-story elevator shaft completed. When the site was developed, the elevator shaft was demolished, but the parking remained from the original project.

The scene was filmed at A large historic hotel in downtown Toronto, opened in 1929 as part of the Canadian Pacific Railway's chain of grand hotels across the country. The hotel currently has 1,365 rooms, several conference halls, a bar, and a small shopping arcade in the basement.

The Curatorial Centre was added in 1984, designed by Gene Kinoshita in a modern style. The scene was filmed at Convocation Hall was designed by architects Darling and Pearson in the Edwardian Baroque style and opened in 1907 to host annual convocation ceremonies and other university events. The hall has a large domed rotunda, seating approximately 1,700 people.

Royal Conservatory of Music

Scene where Nikita infiltrates a party where Alex and her team plan to kill a Georgian politician (the country, not the state) in episode 1x13 "Coup de Grace".

In reality

The scene was filmed at The building housing the Royal Conservatory of Music was built as McMaster Hall in 1890 for McMaster University. When the university moved to Hamilton in 1930, the building was sold to the University of Toronto, and in 1962 it became home to the Conservatory. After a major renovation in 2008, the Koerner Hall, seating over 1,000, was added at the rear of the building.

The scene was filmed at The King Edward Hotel was one of the first luxury hotels built in Toronto when it opened in 1903. It was designed by architects Henry Ives Cobb and E.J. Lennox and originally had 400 rooms, expanded in 1922 with an 18-story tower adding 530 more rooms and the elegant Crystal Ballroom on top. After being closed for 38 years, the Crystal Ballroom was restored and reopened in 2017.
