The scene was filmed at Guild Park and Gardens is a public park created in 1978 on the grounds adjacent to the Guild Inn. The inn was built in 1914 in the Arts and Crafts style and was then called Ranelagh Park. In 1932, new owners turned the mansion and grounds into an artists' colony known as the Guild of All Arts. The park contains fragments of over 60 buildings that were demolished or remodeled in the Toronto area, as well as a log cabin from the 1800s.
