Scene was filmed here This estate in Los Angeles was built in 1928 for Edward Doheny, son of an oil magnate. In 1965, the mansion was acquired by the city and is now a park and historic site. The grounds are open to the public, and the mansion itself can be toured.

Scene was filmed here Washington Square is a famous park in Greenwich Village, originally created in 1826 as a military parade ground for Washington. In 1850, the site was turned into a proper park, and in 1889, to commemorate the centennial of George Washington's inauguration, an arch was built in the style of the Arc de Triomphe. The fountain in the center of the park was built in 1852 and underwent a major renovation in 1934.
