The scene was filmed at This building was opened in 1934 as a treatment center for World War I veterans. It included the main building as well as a separate dining block for veterans. The main building was expanded in 1945 and reopened in 1949 as the Crease Clinic of Psychological Medicine, a center for short-term psychological treatment. The building is now used almost exclusively for film shoots.

The scene was filmed at This large building, occupying an entire block in downtown Vancouver, was the main sorting facility for Canada Post from 1958 until it was sold in 2013 when a new facility opened near the airport. Originally, there was a kilometer-long underground tunnel leading to the waterfront so that mail could be delivered directly from ships to the facility. After the office closed, it became very popular with film crews, and some even used it as a filming location.
East Lawn Building (Riverview Hospital)

The scene was filmed at The East Lawn Building, opened in 1930, housed the chronic women's ward and is the largest building in Riverview. The building was designed to accommodate 675 patients, but by the 1950s it held over 1,400 people. The building was closed in 2005 and has since been used for film shoots.

The scene was filmed at The West Lawn Building was opened in 1913 and housed the chronic ward. Closed in 1983, this building has rarely been used for film shoots due to its dilapidated and unsafe condition.
North 40 Dog Park

Scene where Axel leads the gang to his old military base, and they are forced to abandon the ambulance when they find the road blocked in episode 1x08 "Little Thing".
In Reality













The scene was filmed at Located on the remnants of an old WWII army base, North 40 is a large off-leash dog park next to Boundary Bay Airport, popular with producers due to its easily controllable streets and variety of overgrown trails. Originally, these roads were part of the Vancouver Wireless Station, built for the Canadian Army Signal Corps during WWII and operational until 1971.
Del Mar Inn

The scene was filmed at Built in 1912 as the Hotel Cadillac, the Del Mar Inn is the only original property in this block that was not acquired by BC Hydro during the construction of its headquarters.
