The scene was filmed at Silver Dollar Room - a live music venue that opened on the ground floor of the Waverley Hotel in 1959. In 2018, the lounge and hotel were demolished to make way for a new complex, but the distinctive facade and interior mural were preserved due to their historical value and will be reinstalled in the new establishment.
