The scene was filmed at FESTI - a private college for training firefighters and other emergency services personnel, which is part of the Pearson Airport fire service where it is located. The main building includes a 90-seat theater, several other classrooms, and common areas for students. The building was designed by Kleinfeldt Mychajlowycz Architects in 2007 and is a LEED Silver building with a green roof and a large solar panel. The 40-acre site features various training buildings, towers, aircraft mock-ups, and other facilities for training in various complex scenarios.

In 1995, the establishment was sold again and after a major renovation reopened as The Guvernment. In January 2015, the building was demolished to make way for the City of the Arts complex, including condominiums, commercial offices, and educational space.
