The scene was filmed at Wilton's Music Hall, built in 1859 by architect Jacob Maggs and restored after a fire in 1878. The hall remains one of the few surviving saloon-style music halls that has not undergone significant changes since its original construction. For over 100 years, the hall was used for other purposes, including as a soup kitchen and a rag warehouse, but in 1997 it was restored as a performance venue.

The scene was filmed at St Pancras Station, built by the Midland Railway in 1868 as the terminus of its single line to London. It was designed by William Henry Barlow with a single-span iron roof, the largest of its time at 245 feet. In the early 2000s, the platforms were extended with a new train shed to accommodate longer Eurostar trains arriving through the Channel Tunnel. Immediately after the station's completion, construction began on the hotel at the front, designed by architect George Gilbert Scott in an Italian Gothic style using polychrome brick. The hotel operated until 1935, when it was converted into offices, but in 2011 it was renovated and turned back into a hotel.

The scene was filmed at This 2,000-seat venue was built in 1931 as an ornate movie palace. It was designed by S. Charles Lee and Samuel Tilden Norton in the French Baroque style with a grand central staircase in the lobby surrounded by lavish decorations. The theater opened with the premiere of Charlie Chaplin's film "City Lights" in January 1931. The theater closed to the public in 1994 but is still used for special events and filming.
