There's Robert Pattinson (though he's already pushing 40), who oscillates between blockbusters ('The Batman' and 'Dune') and arthouse (this year we'll see him in the drama 'What a Drama!'). There's Timothée Chalamet, who seems to have finally convinced everyone of his acting chops and might take home an Oscar this year. There's Anya Taylor-Joy, Jennifer Lawrence, Miles Teller. The list goes on. So Hollywood and its glamour are unlikely to disappear, even if they will be different now, not like in the days of Jolie and Depp.
I compiled a piece for 'Kanobu' about 10 young (under 35) stars for whom this year will either be a breakthrough to a mass audience (like for Millie Alcock or Joseph Zada) or solidify their status as a global phenomenon (like for Zendaya and Tom Holland).
P.S. I'll soon do a similar piece about domestic stars.
