The scene was filmed at Pacific Design Center - a 1.6 million square foot building built for the design community, housing furniture stores, showrooms, conference rooms, a branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art, and several restaurants. The building was designed by architect Cesar Pelli with assistance from Norma Merrick Sklarek and opened in three sections: the "Blue Center" in 1975, the "Green Center" in 1988, and the "Red Center" in 2013.

The scene was filmed at Paramount Ranch was one of the first movie ranches built on 2,700 acres of land purchased in 1927 by Paramount Studios. Over the years, the studio built many sets on the ranch, including a huge replica of San Francisco, a Western town, a European village, a Chinese town, and more. The most enduring Western town was built from sets moved from the Encino Ranch when it closed in 1954. In 1980, the National Park Service took control of most of the ranch and has managed it since. In November 2018, the Woolsey Fire swept through the area and destroyed most of the structures.

Its unique appearance and location within the thirty-mile zone have made the rocks an extremely popular filming location since they first appeared in the film "Werewolf of London" in 1935.

The scene was filmed at Located on the hills above Santa Clarita, Veluzat Ranch is a Western-themed backlot on 750 acres. It features exteriors and interiors of several buildings, including a ranch house, log cabin, bank, jail, hotel, and a Mexican-style church.
