The scene was filmed at The home of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in Canada in Hamilton, the Scottish Rite Club was built in 1884 by the owner of the Tuckett Tobacco Company. The house was acquired by the Scottish Rite in 1920 and expanded, adding a rotunda and a large cathedral housing a 3,000-pipe organ. In addition to housing the Hamilton Valley Scottish Rite Masons, it is a popular venue for weddings and meetings for various other community groups.

The scene was filmed at Located beneath the current Bay Station, the Bay Lower platform operated for only six months in 1966. Since then, the platform has been used by the TTC for operator training and design experiments, and has often been used for filming to avoid disrupting regular subway service.

The scene was filmed at Currently, Bridgepoint Hospital consists of two buildings - a new 10-story tower and an old administrative building. The east building was originally built in 1864 as the Toronto Jail (informally known as the Don Jail) and operated as such until 2013, when it was extensively renovated and turned into part of the hospital. The new tower is located on the site of the old Riverdale Hospital, its construction was completed in 2013, and it is connected to the old building by a glass walkway.
