The scene was filmed at The Reform Club is a private members' club, built in 1841 by architect Sir Charles Barry in the Italian Renaissance style. Originally founded as an all-male club and home to progressive political parties, it became the first of its kind to admit women in 1981, and currently, after the decline of the Liberal Party, has shifted to a less political role.

The scene was filmed at The Old Royal Naval College, located in Greenwich on the Thames, is a prominent centerpiece of the area. Originally built in 1696 as the Royal Hospital for Seamen, the building passed into the hands of the Navy in 1873. In 1998, the building was transferred to the Greenwich Foundation and is now open to tourists and filming.
