Painted the table in rainbow colors... the boyar didn't appreciate it🤦‍♂️

I was picking the perfect palette for each cell. And then the boyar asks:
"And what does this color mean?"

I wanted to say:
"What's wrong with you, poor fellow, can't you feel the color harmony?"

But the question is valid. What does the color mean? A table is an information resource that tells about the situation in the company. And every improvement is made for a reason.

So now I have to paint by the rules? Might as well become a painter 💯

But what if you could paint tables automatically?🤔

Conditional formatting is paint that saves your time and cognitive resources. You don't sit for an hour with a bucket and brush, coloring each cell. You set a rule - and that's it.
1️⃣ Overdue? It turns red by itself.
2️⃣ Sales spike? It turns yellow by itself.
3️⃣ Plan achieved? It turns green by itself.

You just open the file - and in three seconds you see the picture. No squinting, no searching, no straining. You walk in and see it immediately.

Here's how specifically:
1️⃣ Overdue: rule "date > today → red". Each new day the table updates colors automatically.
2️⃣ Spikes: rule "value > average × 1.5 → orange". Anomaly is immediately visible.
3️⃣ Plan/actual: rule "actual < plan → yellow". Problem areas glow, successful ones turn green.

How much time do we save?

Before: 20 minutes manual painting every day.
Now: 5 minutes set up once - works for months.

But the main thing is not time. The main thing is you open the report and immediately understand what each color means. No questions. No stress.
