The film takes place in the fictional town of Summit Springs, and the entire movie was filmed in Utah at many locations. There is a lot of aerial footage of picturesque snowy towns that look very different from each other. These are stock footage from around the world. We recognized the Val Gardena valley in the Dolomites in Italy, the alpine town of Verbier in the canton of Valais in Switzerland, the silhouette of Hayden Peak in the Sneffels Range in Colorado, the village of Kranjska Gora in Slovenia, and a Scandinavian town!
