The film continues the wave of new Russian rom-coms following "Driving You Crazy", but while that one focused more on romance and a certain fairy-tale quality (in a good sense), this one bets on cynicism. Both protagonists are complete misanthropes. But even such people have the right to some kind of love. That's what Igor Marchenko's debut film is about. I wrote more details here
