The scene was filmed at Longue Vue House and Gardens, also known as Longue Vue, is a historic house museum and associated gardens in the Lakewood area of New Orleans. Longue Vue was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991 and was declared a National Historic Landmark in 2005.

The scene was filmed at Six Flags New Orleans is an abandoned 146.2-acre theme park in New Orleans. The park first opened in 2000 under the name Jazzland. In early 2003, Six Flags upgraded the park and renamed it Six Flags New Orleans. The park was closed after being severely damaged by flooding during Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005. In July 2019, Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced that the city of New Orleans would explore the possibility of demolishing the site. At the same time, the city makes money by leasing the park temporarily as a filming location. Films such as 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', 'Jurassic World', and 'Deepwater Horizon' were shot here.
