The scene was filmed at County Hall is a building in London that was the headquarters of the London County Council (LCC). The main six-story building was designed by Ralph Knott. Construction began in 1911. It was opened by King George V in 1922. The building is on the south bank of the River Thames. County Hall houses businesses and attractions, including the Sea Life London Aquarium.
