The film was shot in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Leningrad region. The village itself is the same as in the first film, but there are many locations with luxurious interiors that were filmed in the palaces of both capitals.

In Reality

The scene was filmed in the Marble Palace, in the White Hall. It can be noticed that for the film's shooting, many interior details, including columns, were gilded, and chandeliers were lowered to fit into the frame. The filmmakers tried to make the location look richer. In the original, the columns are simply white, and there are not so many pompous decorative elements.

In Reality

The scene was filmed in the same place as the village from the first part - this is the film village "Urochishche Loskovskoye", a special place with built sets for filming movies. Most of the houses there are just walls, sometimes not even all of them. And the stones with signs, all sorts of attributes are made of foam.
