The filming process of the movie unfolded in several locations, creating a unique combination of sea and studio shots. The main part of the film came to life on board the motor ship «Fryazino», sailing from Odessa to Batumi. This route not only provided stunning landscapes for the film but also added dynamism to the plot, allowing viewers to feel part of a sea adventure. Beach scenes were filmed in Odessa.  At the same time, on the pier in Leningrad, the dry cargo ship «Matros Zheleznyak» turned into a platform for preliminary rehearsals. This allowed the crew to refine complex scenes in a controlled environment before heading out to sea. Studio scenes requiring special attention to details and sets were brought to life on the territory of the Lenfilm film studio.

Scene where Vacationers notice tigers swimming towards them in the sea, which subsequently come ashore and drive all the tourists away.

In reality

The scene was filmed on Arcadia Beach, located in Odessa. The film crew completed all port and beach filming and sailed away on the ship, continuing work in the open sea.
