The film was shot in the same place as the first part - the small town of East Corinth, Vermont, USA. Initially, Tim Burton chose this location while browsing postcards and saw a picturesque view that he definitely decided to use in the film.

The scene was filmed on a bridge over the Winooski River, a wooden structure painted red, which covered the bridge is no longer at the crossing itself, but it was preserved and placed along the road.
