Most of the series was filmed in New York City. This city is the most suitable for creating the dark atmosphere of Gotham due to its rich architectural diversity and authentic urban landscapes. Viewers can see the gloomy streets of Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens on screen. One of the most challenging and at the same time colorful locations was Crown Point. After the events of the 2022 film 'The Batman', this area was flooded. There, the least affluent residents of Gotham City are forced to cope with the aftermath of the terrorist attack. Production designer Kalina Ivanov drew inspiration from historical events; similar living conditions were common in the 19th century in the infamous Five Points district of New York. They created Crown Point by combining various places such as Chinatown, the South Bronx, and Yonkers.

Carmine Falcone's Villa
