The base includes berths in the town of Gadzhiyevo and the village of Olenya Guba, providing a variety of filming locations. Gadzhiyevo was chosen for the filming of 'North Pole' due to its unique naval infrastructure and proximity to the Arctic, which allows creating an authentic atmosphere for the historical drama about the feat of Soviet submariners. In recent years, construction and modernization of infrastructure have been carried out in Gadzhiyevo.
