Filming took place from January to March 2022 in Massachusetts. Many scenes were shot at Fairhaven High School in February 2022 during school break. At that time, a snowstorm hit the school area, much to the delight of the film crew, as many scenes took place during a snowstorm. They fully took advantage of the weather, and the snow you see in the movie was from a real snowstorm.
