The film was shot in picturesque corners of Thailand. The movie features such scenic natural attractions as Ao Phang Nga Bay and National Park, Railay Bay on the eponymous peninsula, and Ko Kratna Island in Trang Province. These remote places, impressive with their beauty and turquoise waters, are perfectly suited for a dinosaur story. In addition to the tropical kingdom of Southeast Asia, the film crew visited Malta and the United Kingdom.

Scene where Duncan Kincaid plays cards in a bar on the island. Zora and Martin watch him. Martin doubts the need to involve Duncan, but Zora says he is the best at getting someone where they shouldn't be.
In Reality

The scene was filmed at Railay Bay, Thailand. This is a peninsula between the towns of Krabi and Ao Nang. High limestone cliffs make access to the mainland impossible; you can only get there by boat. Thanks to this, the waters around the peninsula look quiet and secluded. Just what the film needed.
