The main filming took place in the Severnoye Chertanovo area, where local streets, a school, and the main character's house were captured. For the first time, the film crew received permission to film on the aircraft carrier «Admiral Kuznetsov». On board, the team shot exciting footage of fighter jets flying over, which appear at the beginning of the film. The filming involved Hero of Russia, test pilot Oleg Mutovin. Throughout his career, he repeatedly landed fighters on the deck of this aircraft carrier, making his contribution to the project especially valuable.
