The scene was filmed at the Church of St. Stephen, located in the town of Kouřim. Kouřim, with its well-preserved historic center, is protected by law as an urban monument zone. The Church of St. Stephen, built in the second half of the 13th century, is an outstanding example of early Gothic architecture. The architecture and atmosphere of this place were ideal for creating the feel of a European city where the protagonist tries to blend in with the locals. The square around the church was used to simulate a lively open-air market full of life and color, adding realism to the scene and showing Tyler's interaction with ordinary people, enhancing the effect of his disguise.
Skyscraper

After Zurab attacks the hideout where Tyler, Ketevan, and the children were hiding, the protagonist escapes into a huge skyscraper, thinking he is safe there. The shootout is large-scale and very intense. In this scene, the characters use hand-to-hand combat and firearms.

The scene was filmed in Vienna, in the Donau-City district. This area, with its modern architecture and high-rise buildings, was ideal for creating an impressive shootout scene. The Donau-City district, with its modern skyscrapers, contrasts with the historical locations and adds visual appeal to the film. The location of the scene in a high-rise building allowed the director to use both interior and exterior spaces for action scenes, adding dynamism and tension. This made it possible to stage a real war in the middle of Vienna.
Prison

Scene where Tyler Rake infiltrates a Georgian prison to rescue Ketevan, his ex-wife's sister, and her children. Ketevan was forced to live in the prison with her husband Davit Radiani, who was the head of a major criminal syndicate. Tyler must get Ketevan and her children out of the prison, leading to a confrontation with Davit, whom Tyler eventually kills. The prison break escalates into a massive riot involving about 400 people.

The scene was filmed in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. A former functioning prison was used for filming the first big action scene of the film, a 21-minute prison escape shot to look like one continuous take. The prison in Mladá Boleslav has massive iron gates and high concrete walls with barbed wire, which is ideal for creating a realistic prison atmosphere. In the past, episodes of the film Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol were filmed here. Using this location allowed the film crew to create a realistic and tense atmosphere of imprisonment. The choice of this filming location was likely due to a combination of suitable architecture, accessibility, and previous experience using the site for film production.

The scene was filmed in the center of the small historic town of Kouřim, on its main square, Míru Square, which was transformed into Austrian Gmunden for the film. The bell tower on the site was digitally removed, and other CGI elements were added to alter the recognizable Czech landscape. Kouřim retains a calm provincial rhythm, historic buildings, and a neat square, making it well-suited for filming the hero's rest scene.
Chomutov–Vejprty Railway Line

The scene was filmed on the Chomutov–Vejprty railway line in the Ore Mountains of northern Czech Republic. This section of the line has been closed since 1972, making it ideal for dangerous stunts with real helicopters and without interfering with active train traffic. The film crew worked in severe frost, and the mountainous terrain added a harsh, tense backdrop that enhanced the scale of the action.
