Ivan has everything for a comfortable life: a prestigious job, a patient girlfriend, a mistress, and ambitious plans for the future. However, his fate changes dramatically after an accident that leaves him on the brink of death. A demon offers Ivan a deal: in exchange for being saved from hell, he must kill a girl named Anya. Driven by selfishness, Ivan agrees, but after meeting Anya, he begins to doubt his choice. The film was shot in Moscow, in the picturesque alleys between Pokrovka and Solyanka. The office scenes where the main character works were filmed in a modern glass building on Belaya Ploshchad, near the Belorusskaya metro station. According to the director, the combination of Moscow's ancient and modern architecture helped create a special "poetics" that plays an important role in this fantasy comedy. The director also noted that it was fundamental for him that the city become a full-fledged character in the film.

The scene where Ivan carefree rides a scooter through the center of Moscow. He is so cautious that he even wears full protective gear. However, fate cannot be avoided — he is hit by a convertible driven by two equally carefree girls.

In Reality

The scene was filmed on Pokrovka Street, located in the central part of Moscow, in the Basmanny District. Pokrovka is part of an ancient route connecting the city center with the eastern outskirts. The street runs along historical buildings, where 18th-19th century structures have been preserved, including merchant mansions, tenement houses, and small churches.

The scene was filmed at the Belaya Ploshchad business center. It is located in Moscow, near the Belorusskaya metro station, at 5 Lesnaya Street. This modern business complex includes three buildings with panoramic glazing and stylish minimalist architecture.
