The idea for the film about a con man who uses his ability to transform came from showman Alexander Revva and screenwriter Said Davdiev, known for the show "Evening Urgant." The plot revolves around Sanya, a master of disguise, who successfully pulls off scams by impersonating different people. But one day he robs the wrong people, and now armed criminals are after him. To hide, he decides to disguise himself as an elderly woman and get a job at a nursing home. In this difficult situation, he manages to find love and a chance for change. The filming took place at a country estate near Moscow, which houses a sanatorium of one of the federal ministries. However, filming was hampered by two factors: the ongoing vacation of guests at the sanatorium, which limited filming time, and a sharp cold snap that created discomfort, as the scenes were shot as autumn while it was already winter outside. "We started filming in the fall, and when about 60% of the material was shot, winter suddenly began," recalls Alexander Revva. "In the terrible cold, we had to depict autumn warmth — that's when the discomfort started. For example, in one episode, I jump out of an open window in my underwear while it's actually below freezing outside."
