The scene was filmed Atlanta City Hall was built between 1928 and 1930. The Neo-Gothic structure features many architectural details that have made the building a historic landmark. It was designed by G. Lloyd Preacher. On the fifth floor of the building is a 3,000 square foot deck called the "Green Roof." It was completed in 2003 and contains a garden with 2,800 plants of 31 species.
