In Reality
The scene was filmed at Bodnant Garden, founded in 1874. It has been developed by five generations of one family. The founder was Henry David Pochin. The garden covers 80 acres. In 2018, it was visited by over 250,000 people, and it is famous for its laburnum arch, the longest in the UK. In 1949, it was donated to the National Trust. The Laburnum Arch blooms in May and June. But since it doesn't bloom on schedule, the filmmakers were on standby to come and shoot scenes as soon as the flowers reached their peak. It turned out to be a beautiful month for filming. The garden looks magnificent. The filming took place in a relaxed atmosphere, and during their free time, most of the crew members lay on the grass.
