Currently renting servers from a fairly large player in Russia, but with foreign servers (NL).

Over the past month, there have been 3 outages: either something wrong with the networks, or a 6-hour software update needed (in the middle of the workday), and of course yesterday and today - overheating because the air conditioner broke.

We are looking for a provider abroad - it is important for us to exchange data with Telegram servers normally.
