The scene was filmed at The Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen) are a complex of innovative houses built in Rotterdam according to the design of architect Piet Blom and based on the concept of "living as an urban roof": high-density housing with sufficient space at ground level, as its main purpose is to optimize space inside. Blom tilted the cube of an ordinary house by 45 degrees and placed it on a hexagonal pylon. His project represents a village within the city, where each house is a tree, and all houses together form a forest. There are 38 small cubes and two so-called "super cubes", all attached to each other. The exhibition cube (Kijk-Kubus) is open seven days a week from 11:00 to 17:00. The Cube Houses can be reached by tram, metro, and bus. Blaak metro station is right outside the door, and there are three parking garages nearby.
