The scene was filmed at Amber Fort, located on a hill in Amer, Rajasthan. Just eleven kilometers from Jaipur, Amber Fort is a major tourist attraction. Built by Raja Man Singh, the fort, also spelled as Amer Fort, is a picturesque wonder. It stands atop an easily climbable hill right next to the beautiful Maota Lake. The majestic view of the fort and its geographical advantages make it a special place to visit. The fort is an amazing blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. It is built using red sandstone and white marble. The palace complex of Amber Fort has very attractive apartments. This complex was built by Raja Man Singh, Mirza Raja Jai Singh, and Sawai Jai Singh over about two centuries. This palace complex served as the main residence of the Rajput maharajas for a long period. Amber Fort is associated with a rich history that includes betrayal and bloodshed. Amber Fort is open daily from 8 am to 5:30 pm. To reach the entrance at the top, you can either walk uphill, ride an elephant, take a jeep, a golf cart, or drive your own car.
