How It Was 🥂

Recently, I spoke at the business club ALL YOURS on the topic of "Theory of Constraints."

TOC in a nutshell is the idea that any system and any number of problems boil down to just one main bottleneck (the narrow neck of the system), and it determines the overall result. This means you don't need to improve everything, but just one place (one link in the system), and then the entire system will work better.

This theory works especially well in a crisis and yields incredible results. Because in a crisis, all areas of the system are very sensitive to what is happening, to changes. In a crisis, a business is like an open wound—even a light breeze causes pain.

This theory was born in the 1980s, authored by a Jewish scientist, a physicist, who adapted it from the field of science to the business sphere. After all, there are many more entrepreneurs in the world than scientists 😉🥂

My talk lasted 3 hours, and for another 1.5 hours afterward, people didn't want to leave—the topic turned out to be so relevant 🚀.

If you want to stop solving 100 problems and find the main, root constraint—reach out, I will guide you as a tracker (a certified one, by the way) through the Theory of Constraints and find the weak link in your business processes, find a way to strengthen it, and help implement the changes on which the future of your business depends.
