In Russia, there are not many wineries capable of covering the lower price segment with a stable product without costing a million.
With the winery "Olymp", things didn't work out right away; I started trying their wines quite a long time ago, and for the first couple of years, I couldn't even imagine their wines on our shelf in my worst nightmare.
But it must be admitted that every year the producer improved significantly, both in wine quality and in packaging/components, etc.
First, I carefully put their Saperavi on the shelf, tracked each bottling date in shipments, and tasted it to ensure consistency.

A year later, several more items appeared on the shelves; this year, in addition to still wines, sparkling wines also appeared on the shelves.
And now, here is a new line of still wines that I decided to recommend in my personal channel, as if those times when I cursed the samples with the words "give me Mezim and activated charcoal" (true story) never existed.

That's the story about domestic winemaking and the annual (which consists of daily) progress within a single enterprise.

On the shelves, there are already Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rosé.
