Use a combination of WEBSERVICE and FILTERXML formulas for simple data or Power Query for complex websites.

WEBSERVICE loads the HTML code of the page, and FILTERXML extracts the desired values, such as exchange rates. For dynamic websites, go to "Data" → "Get Data" and configure a query in Power Query.
