Use conditional formatting with a formula, for example, =D1>100000. Select the range, create a rule via "Home" → "Conditional Formatting" and enter this formula, specifying the address of the first cell.

The main nuance is to be sure to put an equals sign at the beginning. Without it, Excel will treat the condition as text, and the rule will not work.

The same principle works for comparing any data. If you need to quickly find discrepancies, use built-in Excel tools for comparing columns.
