1️⃣ Check for any debts: go to the website of the Federal Bailiff Service to see if you have any travel restrictions. If it's difficult to figure out, AVANTUR managers will always help.
Also, travel may be prohibited for those who are involved in court proceedings.

2️⃣ Prepare documents for pets: if you plan to travel with animals, be sure to inform the managers in advance so that they can collect the full package of documents. You also need to check with both the airline and the hotel about the possibility of transport and accommodation. When planning your vacation dates, consider the time needed to process all the paperwork.

3️⃣ Prepare money:
• pay all bills,
• make a "stash" in your carry-on luggage,
• take bank cards, including those from foreign banks if you have them (always check when booking the best way to pay in the country of stay),
• exchange rubles for the necessary currency in small and large denominations.
Attention! Do not put all your money and cards in one place!


4️⃣ Prepare your home:
• leave keys or make duplicates for relatives or friends,
• put valuables in a bank safe deposit box,
• arrange for pets and children if you are not taking them with you,
• turn off electrical appliances, shut off gas and water, close windows,
• empty the refrigerator if no one will be coming,
• water the flowers or arrange for someone to do it in your absence.

5️⃣ Prepare for work:
• write a vacation application in advance,
• notify the necessary people,
• hand over tasks to the person who will be covering for you,
• if necessary, get a second SIM card so you won't be disturbed on vacation.

❗️IMPORTANT! Inform your family where you are going (country, hotel name), vacation dates, flight or train numbers, phone numbers, including those of your tour operator or travel agent.
