The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has ended, where your humble servant was lucky not only to attend but also to represent Sber in all its grandeur at the booth. Working 16 hours on my feet, sleeping 4 hours, constant and incessant communication with clients — a test of endurance, but so many incredible emotions. It was definitely worth it.

The forum is, of course, impressive. I have never seen anything so large-scale. It reminds me of a rich 17th-century fair: company booths stand tightly, like merchants' stalls; large flows of people flow between them like a river, and nearby merchants from all over the world discuss major contracts. I feel like I managed to talk to about 300 participants, which left my voice almost gone.

Sber's booth was wildly popular.

🤖 We announced new payment terminals for merchant acquiring. First, they look very stylish and futuristic. But the most important thing for me personally is that before, when paying with a smile, you had to dance and twist in front of the terminal to get into the camera, but now they adjust to you. Technology!

🤖 Our newest ATMs received special attention. They are also mega-stylish and resemble sets from 'Blade Runner': with projections, shimmering lights, blackjack and courtesans. Now they are equipped with AI based on GigaChat, which in the absence of an employee can answer customer questions and, of course, help withdraw or deposit money via voice commands. They also allow you to get a quick health check in 30 seconds. Your grandmother will definitely be pleased!

🤖 Of course, our domestic and orthodox 'GigaChat for Business' was presented at the booth, but I have already told my dear readers about it.

In my free moments, I managed to wander around the forum and look at other booths. My respects to the booths. Incredible beauty! I even managed to take a souvenir photo with the new Lada Azimut. Lada pleased me so much that I had seditious thoughts: shouldn't I buy one? Just don't spit at me for it.

It's not for nothing that SPIEF is the country's main forum. The concentration of scale, money, technology, and people who drive it all.
